In 1994 Shailesh Steel Forging (SSF) was established by Late Shree Panchabhai Sorathiya, he had vast experience in the field of forging of 20 years. SSF is manufacturing of Rolled ring, Close-die, Open-die Forgings and in-house Machining. SSF is doing business in almost all grades of material like Bearing steel, Stainless steel, Carbon steel, Alloy steel, Tool Steel and Structural steel. SSF supplies his components as forged or machined as per customer requirements in field of Bearing industry, Defense, General engineering, Automotive, Pump & Valve industries.

SSF believes in very strong Customer support mainly for Feasibility, Pricing, Production Quality, Delivery or any other issues. Senior Management is always available to visit customers at a short notice to discuss and resolve any issues related to above.

Started as a small forging shop in Rajkot, SSF has over 17 years of experience, leading the industry as one of the most modern and respected forging companies in the world. Operating with over 3000 Sq. Meter. of manufacturing. with state of art epoxy floor, adequate space for storage , well laid out inspection room/standards room & engineering office & contemporary administrative office.

1994	Establishment of forging shop with 03 M/c. to serve Automotive Industries.
1995	Ring rolling facilities started outside diameter Up to Ø 300 MM.
1996	SSF enters in bearing industries with ring capacity of Max. Outside Diameter of Ø 500 MM & weight up to 50 Kg. for single pc.
1998	Increase capacity of ring up to outside diameter Ø 700 MM & weight up to 100 Kg. for single pc. mainly for bearing industries.
1999	Company enters in earthmoving industries parts supply.
2000	Mr. Jayesh P. Sorathiya induced as Managing Director, he is young, enthusiastic & visionary person to expand business in various industries.
2001	SSF enters in Pump & Valve industries, Started making stainless steel rings.
2002	SSF started manufacturing crank shaft. Also increase its machine to 15 Nos.
2003	Mr. Kishor P. Sorathiya inducted as a Technical Director to straight them production & quality standards to meet overseas requirements.
2004	Got ISO 9001:2002 Certification.
2007	In house heat-treatment facilities (Spheroidize Annealing, Normalizing etc.) started with a capacity of 1200 MT per year.
2008	Expand & renovation plant with Latest Technology & Machinery
2009	Introduce large capacity Ring rolling machine to manufacture ring up to outside diameter 1200 MM & weight up to 300 Kg. single pc.
2010	Introduce ultra modern CNC, VMC facilities to give fully machined components.

IN SHAILESH STEEL FORGING, We follow processes its own inspection plan for all the components and it’s process cycle at different stages of production.
